Hi all I have got a good deal of a 2 floor individual house for purchase in Ramamurthi Nagar. I am not quite aware of that area. The thing is the purchase would be as an investment and I would want to rent it out. My question here is will I get tenants in that area. How is the area in general? I see many ILs living in that area. Anyone please help. Thanks
Hi.. Which area in Rm nagar are you planning to give for rent.. RM nagar is pretty much booming and you do get good rents but still people are not ready to pay high rents..i mean <12K is the preffered rent amount is what i feel
Hi Swaran Thanks for the quick reply. The areas are Anandapura, TC Palya main road ; Akshaya nagar and NRI layout. I am yet to purchase the house. Just wanted to confirm with you guys before taking the next step.
