Hello friends, Can anybody share their daily diet here with me. For instance,what time u start ur day,what all u eat in a normal day. In general what is ur food intake for a normal day. My family says that I am eating v less food and as a result becoming weak.My problem is as I stay at home i dont feel much hungry.This has created much sadness in the family with everybody saying i am ignoring health and taking their advices for granted (that is not the case,i am not hurting them intentionally which is what they feel) Dont know,i am confused and so thought of sharing with friends here. Hope somebody atleast comes forward and posts their daily intake here so that i can know what is a normal intake for a woman.
