    Dear All,

    Happy Women's Day!

On this special day, we want to announce the Winner of the International Women's Day Blog Contest that we conducted recently.

    The Most Impactful entry is...

    Starsinmyeyes' -
    Wombs for rent

This blog wins the following prizes:
    1. Cash Prize of Rs.10,000/-
    2. IndusLadies T-Shirt
    3. IndusLadies Cap

All of the judges in the panel felt that judging the Top 10 entries was itself a tough task, since all the entries showcased immense writing talents. Having said that, picking just one entry as 'The Most Impactful' was indeed more difficult. However, we have tried doing the best in the judging.

Congratulations...to Starsinmyeyes & to all the bloggers who made it to the Top 10!

Thank you to all the bloggers who participated in the contest. Each of your blog was a GEM!

    Regards,

    Congratulations dear Starsinmeyes!

A powerful entry indeed. I don't think many have even thought about what goes through a surrogate mother who delivers babies one after the other. It is exploitation for sure if used as a business. Although it does serve as a big boon for women who are unable to carry their own child. It comes at a high cost but when one is desperate, nothing matters I suppose. I have heard about the Adoption laws/procedures having been made very strict in India now. This is something that I have heard only through others. Do you think the tedious, time consuming and strict procedures with regards to Adoption has made Surrogacy an easier option? Its just a thought that went through my head as I was typing this feedback to you. Loved your post anyway. Take Care.
