Induction Stovefor Outdoor Use

I have been thinking of getting a induction stove or a small gas stove ( like the camping ones) for outdoor use. i have seen grill with a small side burner but i dont want a grill. frying inside the house becomes too much sticky and smell circulates inside the house. i have heard ppl using stoves in back yard or garage for frying fish etc so the odor doesnt stay inside the house. but wanted to check here if anyone has used and how convenient it is? kids have started to like chicken and fish deep fried so for kids sake i want to fry but the smell is too much and doesn't go away especially in winters. any suggestions, ideas?
if induction stove is it good for slow roasting, deep frying etc?
