    Hi Vandana,
    I am Bharathi , just moved into Irving from Delhi. We are in the process of taking up an apt in Colonial Grand. I have a 3yr old daughter while I am a stay-at-home mom right now.
    Wondering if the community is child-friendly & getting info on the upkeep etc before we sign up the lease.
