Indian Style Food Tailored To Lose Weight

    Apart from avoiding junk, ready to eat foods, sugar, you can add apple cider vinegar to your regimen. A teaspoon in a glass of water( to which you may add a teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice ), half an hour before a meal helps with digestion, prevents acidity and in the long run helps in reducing weight.

    There are many people who will say about not eating certain things so that you can lose weight. However, these suggestions do not work out for many and people are disheartening. But have we ever noticed that our weight is controlled by our zodiac sign. Think about how can you reduce your weight according to your zodiac sign.

    Include fresh or dry methi leaves (fenugreek leaves) in cooking- like methi garlic rice, methi chapati, while cooking any vegetables add a handful of fresh methi leaves or a tablespoon of dry leaves. Methi not only regulates sugar level, it also helps to reduce weight.

    First of all weight loss will not begin just with food. It is just one part of weight loss. Weight loss needs balanced diet with regular exercise. ;

    Some ingredients that needs to be changed in our Kitchen:
    Remove all the White items and replace with Brown.
    White sugar - Brown sugar (or other forms of natural sweetener)
    Maida - Whole wheat flour
    White Rava - Wheat Rava and other types of Rava
    Table salt - Himalayan salt, Black salt, Rock salt, sea salt

    Also if possible ..Change the oil. in Tamil they call it Chekku oil(wood pressed oil).. Oil extracted in front of you. Not the stored bottles.
    Those oils are very good.. For deep frying you can use wood pressed groundnut oil. You can feel the lightness and difference when compared to the store bought sunflower oil.

    For seasoning certain dishes.. coconut oil can be used. I have heard from a dr. that coconut oil and coconut milk is the only equivalent food to mothers milk. But it is wrongly depicted as fatty oil. It is actually good fat.

    Same goes for Ghee.. It is also good fat.

    These things will bring in a major change.

    Then start by changing the dinner first. As that is mostly the big mistake we all make by eating heavy dinner.
    Start slowly with thick soups. ( i will be adding some videos in my channel(IP's Foolproof methods) for this ..)
    If suppose you go out and eat a heavy dinner occasionally..then you can drink juice of one lime..with pinch of salt..

    Once you get satisfied with these soups.. start changing the lunch menus..

    Breakfast should always be heavier than all other meals..though we all know it.. we dont follow..

    And healthy snacks.. protein snacks..that ll make you feel full.

    Eat 3 fruits a days..3 different coloured fruits.. (stick to the seasonal fruits of our country and our location)
    Atleast 2 veggies a day..

    And take meals in small portions in intervals.

    All these changes will first make you feel happy.. and that will automatically bring in the changes in your health and weight.

    Stress, less sleep also increases the weight.

    Atleast exercise for 4 days a week..If you cant do yoga ...or go for a gym..just walk..start with slow walk of 30 mins to 1 hour of walking..jogging

    And most of all don't lose hope.. :)
