Indian Parlour in Jersey City?

Lots and Loads of thanks for your suggns. We have planning to see a house (1st floor) in 118 Erie St, Jersey City, NJ 07302. Any idea if it is a good area?
It is so confusing Also another help needed. Can you suggest any apartment closer to metro-park/metuchen/edison area?

Hi Usha,

You know what.. Last weekend, I went in search of Bombay salon but the place you told there was a diff salon.. then I enquired and came back.. eve me & dh again went that side and luckily we saw bombay beauty salon which was on the same line as patel shop.. not that?

they charged $6 for eye brow & upper lips.. when i asked about hair they said they will charge $20 for my hair growth.. coming weekend may do layer cut..

Adding - Since I dont know hindi one lady was keep on talking in hindi with someone.. and she did not respond that well to me.. but she did ok.. she made my eye brows too thin.. dh liked but it was ok for me.. i think i need to now use pencil to make it thicker than waht it is now

Hi Anitha,

Happy to hear the updates...So sorry abt eyebrowse dear, you would have mentioned them before itself i need thick...thats what i do whether it is India or here.

This is one of the reason i never go to saloon owned by other than Indians,,,,because we can explain them well in before, no idea about this ones,,,moreover i see here mostly they have very thin only....

So that if we want to slim it still,later we can say, you can remove one line still.,..

I spoke to them in english only ,,,,i won't say there response was really good, ok...she did her job, 2nd time she only suggested to have set as i got straight type...

tell me abt there haircut once you have that..

Sorry couldnt reply.. Was super busy..
I had layer cut & 1 fat lady over there did that very well. W/o blow dry $15 & more than me my dh liked the way she cutted my hairs..

Kutty is doing kool.. there?

Let me know any places near NJ is good to visit in May.(i posted a thread already)

Thats good to hear...by you description i think the lady should be same who did for you..yes she took good effort while doing hair cut for me also..only thing language problem...
