In Defence of Arvind Kejriwal

The only so called benefit is the much touted Indo Us Nuke deal which remains very vague about who will be responsible in case of nuclear accidents, the supplier of the equipment whose flas could have caused the accident or the agency operating the nuclear plant.. It talks vaguely about insurance but does not say who will pay for the insurance. At least the Congress Party firmly sat over the deal because of dispute over this point.

 

True religious intolerance has gone up. Churches have been attacked in Delhi and ministers make inflammatory speeches about "ramzada and haramzada. One person who has said those opposed to Modi should go to Pakistan is a minister in Modi's cabinet and no action has been taken against party MPs extolling Godse and urging every Hindu woman to bear at least four children.

 

Wardrobe here is a serious business. On one hand the man talks of austerity and on the other wears a 10 lakh suit. Never mind the price of the suit, he had his name embroidered all over the suit. This shows the high level of narcissism he suffers from,..

 

On one hand Modi parrots development all the time and on the other no steps are taken to check these fringe elements. That raises a big question mark on BJP's real agenda.

 

The "great friendship" was put to test when Barack ticked off India over decreasing religious tolerance at his breakfast prayer meeting. He says Gandhi would have been unhappy about this. No doubt Gandhi would have been very happy about US action in Iraq Libya and Afghanistan.

That's because these organizations are part of RSS which is the force behind BJP and two, no action is being taken against their actions. So how can they not be linked to Modi?
