Oops..Totally forgot that name yar..Same day i went and checked with my friend..Thought of writing it down but :bonk

other than that there are many herbs..like thyme, tarragon etc..they are very aromatic..Used to have a dish called Herb-Chicken while staying in US...:crazy dish...

So thought of trying them if available in chennai..

but in US itself..the herbs are expensive.. a tiny packet costs nearly 6-7$ in Kroger,Whole Foods...

    Cindhuja,

I have seen thyme, rosemary sold in nilgiris. i have picked up oregana, basic from there. I got it from ashok nagar branch.

I use them for soups, pizzas.

    Hi,

I buy all herbs from N&S. There is a mixed italian spice flavouring available too which goes very well in pizzas. You can use oregano, thyme in pizzas, breads and soups. There is a baked potato wedges on chitra ma's recipe index in which you can use any herb! I have used thyme and rosemary on that :). Even french fries can have a oregano seasoning!

    Cheers
    Archana
