Is it possible to increase body complexion through food.If it is true can you suggest any of that methods.

I dont know whether we can improve the complexion... But for sure eating fruits and veggies would definitely bring a glow in your face.. We can avoid oily food stuffs (so no more pimples) and take plenty of fruits and nuts...
Hi....just try eating 2carrots daily for atleast 2weeks u can easily notice much difference,but u shouldnt even miss 1day too, only then.I tried this n got the results in 1and half week ...so u can try this out if u want
