improving complexion

    Is it possible to increase body complexion through food.If it is true can you suggest any of that methods.

    Try drinking carrot juice everyday..it surely brightens up your face!!

    i think drinking carrot juice really works because it contain both vitamin A and beta carotene.

    hi frnds i got another method. its drinking badam milk. this also improves complexion.

    I dont know whether we can improve the complexion... But for sure eating fruits and veggies would definitely bring a glow in your face..

    We can avoid oily food stuffs (so no more pimples) and take plenty of fruits and nuts...

    Hi....just try eating 2carrots daily for atleast 2weeks u can easily notice much difference,but u shouldnt even miss 1day too, only then.I tried this n got the results in 1and half week ...so u can try this out if u want

    Ya carrot is good for complexion and also for eyes,it reduces dark circles also..
    Try olive oil,it gives the glowness and also shine to the skin.It helps a lot during winter season by moisturising the skin and makes it supple.:thumbsup

    banana cut into small pieces,honey,ghee,raisins are mixed together and eat early morning.this is my grand mom's suggestion.

    goji berries
    cantaloupe melon
    mango
    apricots
    spinach
    kale
    chard
    turnip greens
    dandelion greens
    beet greens
    mustard greens
    collard greens
    watercress
    cilantro
    fresh thyme
    broccoli
    parsley
    romaine lettuce
    pumpkin
    cassava
