Dear IL’ites, You would have noticed some updates to our main menu. These are some updates to make it easier to use the site based on the feedback from several of you. A few things to call out. Moved “Forums” To Beginning The “Forums” menu item is moved as the 1st item in the second line of navigation. This is what most people use in the navigation and we want to make it easier to get to. Forums Drop Down The forums menu item now have drop down menu! yah! This was a long standing request by many of our regular members and we are glad to bring it back! What’s New Option The first drop down item in the menu is “What’s New”. This is very similar to “recent posts”, but has more details on who, what forum etc. Think of it as activity stream. For some, this could be the first thing they check once they login to IL. Check it out! Good To Read Good to read now has been added to the navigation. Members of that forum are very regular to the site and they now have a easy way to access their favorite section. If you have always wondered about trying your hand in writing fiction or non-fiction, put up your first piece there and watch what happens. Hope you all like these usability improvements.
