Hi - could you please tell me the composition/measuement of black cumin, crushed garlic, honey? how do we know if the honey is pasteurized or not? do you know where in U.S we can get unpasteurized honey?

 

Hi MSM,

First the unpasteurized honey you can buy it in Costco. Here in Canada Costco sells organic unpasteurized honey for less than 8$CAD/kilo.
The measurements depends on the size of your glass container (jar). Let's say, for 500ml of honey put 4 to 5 big cloves of crushed garlic and 2 big table spoons of ground black cumin seed. Mix everything well and keep it in your kitchen cabinet.
