    Hi Friends,

I am a mom of 10 months old baby and am experiencing imbalanced hormones resulting in dizziness, tiredness, sleeping difficulties and thyroid.I am taking eltroxin 100 mg every morning in empty stomach.I am wondering how hormones are still imbalanced after 10 months of delivery. There is no improvement in allopathy and tired of takin tablets.I heard about accupuncture and shall i go for it?

Kindly advise me on this and any natural way to balance the hormones.

Anybody had similar experience?if so, when and how u got out of it.???

    Please help!!!!!

    Hi Frnd:
I also face the same problem b4....
My doctor advised me the following things...
May be it may help you out...
    Go for foods like.....
Natural high fiber foods (vegetables, fruits, whole grains and beans).
Cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower).
Nutritious green leafy vegetables (kale, spinach and Swiss chard).
Plant sources for good estrogen (soybeans, peas and lentils).
Fruits high in flavonoids (berries, red grapes and citrus fruits).
Essential fatty acids (olive oil, omega 3 fish, whole grains and nuts).
Omega 3 fish oil (like salmon, tuna and fish oil supplements).
Nutritional health supplements - multiples that include B complex.
And choosing organic fish, poultry and produce whenever possible.

Avoid these foods to naturally reduce hormone imbalance:

Animal fats store bad hormones (red meat and full-fat dairy).
Caffeine (coffee, caffeinated colas and other "energy" drinks).
Refined carbohydrates (white flour, white rice and white pasta).
High glycemic foods and alcoholic beverages (sweetened food).

And finally, take the following actions to balance hormones naturally:

Include regular physical activity and exercise on a daily basis.
Improve stress management (meditation, deep breathing or yoga).
And make sure you get a good night's sleep every night and enough rest.
