    Dear Friends,

    Thanks for all your wishes.

    Yesterday evening i got a call from our dear Kalupatti asking for landmark to my place. she said she had to deliver the gift. this morning around 9.30 i got my gift.

    I have to mention the care with which she had packed it and decorated the pack with a beautiful bow (sri just opened the pack otherwise i would have taken a picture of that too) so thoughtful of her.

    I am so thrilled at the gift as this will be the first tanjore painting i will own.

    Thanks malathy for the gift. and thanks to all my friends who made it possible with all your loving nominations.

    Ladies,

    Thank you so much for the nominations and the kind words of appreciation. I am so totally floored that I couldn't even bring myself to post in this thread till now. Being a newbie like me (joined Nov 2008 )and being nominated along with valuable contributors like Shanvy and Ansuya and the other ladies, it is totally unbelievable.

    Like I mentioned to Malathy, I like to think I have four homes. My home, my in-laws' home, my parents' place and then IndusLadies :) And, right now, due to a certain alignment of the stars :wink:, IL ranks way up before my in-laws & parents place. I am not kidding. I love coming here and meeting/talking to so many ladies. It is just incredible.

    Congratulations to Ansuya and Shanvy, and to Malathy - thank you for creating and maintaining such an awesome site.
