    Methi seeds plays a vital part in diabetes!

    ---> It helps to bring down Blood glucose level
    ---> It Reduces excess fat/cholesterol in the body
    ---> It is better to use old methi seeds than fresh ones!
    ---> While boiling water, methi seeds can also be added in it as it is good for health

    Foods for Diabetes:

    ---> Take vegetables and fruits which are low in calories such as Potato, beans, peas, etc. Eat raw fruits and avoid juicing it. (pome granate, Grapes)

    ---> Lemon juice with little spoon of salt. Reduce the amount of sugar

    ---> Avoid tea and coffee.

    ---> Don't take more rice as it contains carbohydrate

    ---> Dates, Flaxseeds, Cereals, Walnuts, Berries,Oats and Barley

    ---> Add cinnamon on your foods.

    Non - vegetarians can take

    ---> Salmon, Mackeral and Tuna fish (Twice a week is good)

    ---> Eat chicken without skin


    Chappathi during Nights is preferable for all!

    Fenugreek also reduces body heat and it helps in healthy scalp with thickness of hair!

    As you said,For muscles and bone health Exercise is must! Playing outside games is too good!

    Two Eggs with 1 glass of milk everday morning keeps muscles and bones Strong!

    Foods for Pregnant Women:

    Pregnant women should avoid taking

    ---> Vitamin A rich foods!

    ---> Liver of Meat

    ---> Noodles pack

    ---> Soda, Pepsi, coco,etc.

    ---> Some elders used to say that papaya is not good for pregnant ladies! Confirm it with Doctor

    ---> Don't eat much frozen foods

    ---> Raw meat

    ---> Half boiled egg

    ---> Some fishes have too much amount of mercury. avoid eating that too! (Confirm it with your doctor while taking fishes)

    Pregnant women can take

    Fruits:
    ---> Banana and Pear (Some may get cold. So if you get cold on taking it, avoid that)

    ---> Apple (Increases Haemoglobin of child)

    ---> Pome granate (Enrich skin colour)

    ---> Orange (Protein rich fruit cause good circulation of blood)

    Its good to take any one of these fruits daily
