    Very informative and usefull thread..and thanks to everyone for adding their inputs.

    My 2 tips for now . Computer Typing
    1) People with short sight/long sight problem. One of collegue had power problem in her eyes.
    I dont remember exactly but I do remember it was more that 1 or 2 . On her doctors advice he started taking carrots . She used to eat carrots only for breakfast almost like 1 full tiffin box daily (Around 1/4 Kg)
    Her eye sight improved significantly in 3-4 months time

    2) This I heard in podhigai TV from a alternative medicine doctor. For pimples and pigmentation we can apply the mint leaves(Pudhina) juice on spots . and we can start noticing the diffrence in 2 weeks . when pimples are just starting and you apply the juice . It dries away quickly

    Thats good ,u buy vegetables daily :) fresh and yummy!!

    Yeah,even i have heard drinking ice water is not good for health...but having warm water and warm green tea(chinese style) is good for health.

    All type of keerai (Leafy vegetables) they helps to increase the iron content :)

    Most of us know that eating a balanced diet is important for good health. Now scientists have pinpointed certain foods as super foods.To understand why they're called super foods, we first have to understand oxidation and free radicals.
