    Its ok Soni!! The point is Mushroom should be cleaned well! :)

    Lets leave whether it comes under veg or non veg!

    What about egg then? is it veg or non veg?

    Even vegetarians eats, so we can take it as veg food! But Egg comes from Chicks....Chicken is non veg...so egg is also non veg food???:drowning:spin

    Foods for BONE STRENGTH:

    Calcium is necessary for bone strength...Calcium rich foods are preferred

    ---> Keep your skin Exposed to sunlight....Hence you gain Vitamin D which is Calcium rich Vitamin!

    ---> Take Boiled egg (1 or 2) and 1 full glass of milk at every breakfast

    ---> At least for 1/2 an hour do any exercise. If you are interested in Dancing, then it is the best exercise than any other.


    Not only by taking calcium rich foods, only by doing exercises....you get your bone strong!

    NUTS
    FISH
    CHEESE
    YOGURT
    GREEN BEANS
    OKRA
    BROCCOLI

    All veggies with out hesitation...fresh fruits....MILK...include in your diet...

    Other Calcium rich Foods:

    ---> Cheese
    ---> Spinach (Keerai)
    ---> Soya
    ---> Orange
    ---> Cereals

    Jumping, walking fastly, Skipping, cycle driving, dancing,etc will keep the bone muscles strong always!

    If you get high breaths when you start walking, please don't stop.

    On the first day, walk for 10 minutes
    Second day, for 15 minutes.
    Likewise you just keep on increasing your daily walk!
