    thank you devapriya and others for the useful tips regarding hair care. Kadi ka patta ie Karukappilai in tamil also contains iron and good for hair. Intake is also good. We put in sabhar rasam and currry.
    There is one plant called karisilankanni in tamil. I dont know its english name. You
    can grind the leaves, mix it with oil and boil it. cool it and store in a bottle. the residue will come to the bottom of the bottle. Use it daily. It also helps.

    Personally I don't have any tip to share - I am healthy as it is but people who see me would ask are you not keeping well? :)

    ---> Go for a regular walk

    ---> Avoid Smoking

    Avoid these:

    --->
    Non veg items containing
    high amount of fat

    ---> Fried items

    ---> More amount of Sugar

    ---> Ice creams, dairy items, baked foods

    ---> Unrefined oil

    ---> Snacks, chips


    ---> Coconut and palm oil

    ---> Liver of meat, Egg yolks, White refined flour

    ---> Noodles, popcorn and Biscuits

    ---> Sweet potatoes

    ---> Fish (Salmon, Mackeral)

    ---> Check your cholesterol, pressure and sugar level often

    Do's for Healthy Oral:

    ---> No any special food for good oral..but you can avoid eating chocolates more

    ---> Do avoid chips items and more sugary items too

    ---> Wash your mouth after every meal and brush your teeth twice in a day

    ---> Without proper advice, do not use mouth wash, since it wash off enamel

    ---> While you brush, just massage gums smoothly with your fingers

    ---> Do professional cleaning of your teeth for every 6 months

    ---> Take calcium rich foods for strong teeth

    ---> If you find decay, do not use cloves or any other to get rid of pain. Consult your doctor and get proper treatment asap
