    SIMPLE TIPS TO CONTROL ANGER:

    1. Count from 1 to 10 before reacting or leave the situation all together
    2. Drink 1 glass of water
    3. Do some physically exerting activities like a walk, swim, etc,
    4. Soothe yourself, by practicing deep-breathing exercises, visualizing relaxing scenes etc...

    Foods to control Cholesterol:

    ---> Take less amount of Non -veg items (once per week)

    ---> Avoid taking more full fat dairy products (cheese,curd, butter)

    ---> Take Orange juice daily since it burns fat

    ---> Use Sunflower refined oil for cooking purpose.

    ---> Use less amount of oil while preparing chappathi, dosa, etc...

    ---> Avoid Fried rice

    ---> Apple and oats reduces the cholesterol level in body

    ---> Its better to take pome granate everyday for controlling cholesterol

    ---> Salmon, Mackeral and Tuna fishes could be taken

    ---> Avoid eating chips, snacks items more

    ---> High sugar drink also should be avoided

    ---> Don't feel bad if you look fatty. Some person gets it from parents due to heredity. Check your obesity level. If it is high, then you are real cholesterol person. But you can control it by proper diet.

    One more tip is

    * Have pineapple juice. It will reduce the cramps.
    * Having Vazhai poo poriyal(Bananan flower curry) is said to reduce over flow.

    Health Food for Pancreas

    The pancreas is a small organ of the digestive system. It produces enzymes that aid in the digestion of food and insulin that aids in the metabolism of sugar. A healthy pancreas is able to perform its function without causing pain or symptoms of indigestion. Both pancreatics, which is inflammation of the pancreas, and pancreatic cancer can severely damage the health of this organ and your entire body.

    1.Vegetables - Green leafy Vegetables , Yellow colour Vegetables , Carrot

    2.Onion

    3.Garlic

    3.Fruits -Pomegranates,Cherries,Tomatoes,Blueberries

    4.Fish

    5.Low fat foods


    The pancreas works overtime when you consume high fat foods, and overworked organs are generally not the very healthy one.

    Raw,natural, unprocessed foods are the ideal fuel which cause pancreas to work properly. As you may know, pancreas ensures that our blood glucose level remains stable.As long as you are not providing your body with processed foods that contain large amounts of glucose corn syrup,refined sugars etc , then the pancreas will function properly, as it designed to do so. We are designed to digest foods that are found in nature. Because you can digest processed foods without observing immediate damage to your body, that doesn't mean that your pancreas releases normal quantities of insulin.

    Thanks Niha for your simple tips!

    Ladies should use one pad for only 5-6 hours...Some working ladies do not change their pads till evening. It is too bad for their health.Sometimes it may cause to cancer.
