    Hi Friends!

    Welcome to IL ladies health care center! [​IMG]

    These days we are facing more tension and less fulfillment in our work daily.Comparing to men,work load for women is always high.Men can take rest and find so relaxed even at home.But we women has to work on office and at home too.Women are always much careful in maintaining health of their family members but they do not care for themselves.Some ladies take care on their beauty too, but internal health is so significant than looking beauty outer.

    Many of them are thinking that they are healthy since no blood pressure and sugar problems. BP and sugar alone would not decide our body health.And at the same time getting heart diseases would not reduce our life time too.

    Then what decides our health??

    Is it our food practice alone? No

    We may take egg, milk, fruits whatever seems to be good for health.But they should be in correct ratio. Forcing all of these items into our stomach would cause opposite reaction too!

    Is it our daily doing exercises alone? No

    We could not do any type of exercises at any time as we think.You have different exercises to be done in Morning and Evening times.Wearing specs might cause looking so dull. Even this can be cured when taking Nutrition food and we get rid of wearing it.

    Only to discuss on these many things which can improve our health in each and every part of our body with the help of nutritional foods and common exercises, i start this thread.

    Once i was very careless in taking care of my health due to bulk of studies.Then only i get realized that health is also to be equally cared with our daily business.

    For each day,here we discuss on What to take and How to take for good hair, skin, nails, heart, kidney, brain, etc...

    I hereby start with the foods for better hair growth!

    Egg contains the essential vitamins A,D & E for hair growth. Many of us used to wash our hair with White gel of egg. But it is better to take white of egg at each day's lunch than to used on hair.


    You also share your healthy foods for hair growth and its thickness.

    And Lets check our health improvement daily!

    Beans and Lentils For Broken Hair Problems!

    Yes, Beans contain more proteins with iron and biotin!

    Beans and Lentils are much helpful to avoid broken hair problems.Dried beans are more preferable!

    Overnice kick start of the Month.

    Since its healthy hair care food,I'm pleasurably giving out my tips.
    FRUITS-that cover most of the necessary nutrients(niacin or B-3, folic acid or B-9, pyridoxine or B-6, and vitamins A, C and E.)

    Don't ask me what fruit,becose I munch whatever that comes on my way.

    NUTS-best sources of selenium(for healthy scalp),alpha-linolenic acid,zinc(for hair growth)
    So try to add nuts regularly in your healthy hair menu.
    Those with cardiac problems,consult your physician.

    FISH n EGGS(best protein source)...beauty nutrients
    Use to have at least twice a week.

    FRESH GREEN VEGGIES(carrot,Cucumber)-Iron and calcium

    Plenty of WATER/FRESH JUICE

    And then....
    Active life routines.
    Stress-Free life.

    Reap the benefits from our mother nature itself
    Guaranteed a Crown of glowing hair.

    As fish contains Vitamin B12, it is the best food for Non vegetarians. Oysters can also good which helps to have hair shine! It should be taken 2 - 3 times per week.

    You can take any of the below fishes in food at least one servings per week

    Salmon (Kaala meen)

    Arakkula (Vanjira meen)

    Makkeeral (Kumlaa meen)

    Sardines (Saala meen)

    To get away the Dry scalp,

    Flaxseed (Alividhai)

    Any type of Nuts (Almonds, Brazilnuts and Cashews) -->
    It is good for shining of Hair too

    Grains and Eggs
    ( As eggs contain Biotin also)

    Carrot


    Non vegetarians could take Oysters and salmon

    Hair growth....I can help.
    I was advised by my doc to take high protein diet for few months and the result is I have a long healthy hair now...in just 6months. :)

    I took
    • Pulses/Sprouts - once in a week - Preparing sundal once in a week is easy or include them in side dishes you make for Chapathi.
    • Nuts - once in a week - Best if you take daily.
    • Egg - two days once - Eat daily.
    • Meat preferably mutton - 100grams once in a week.
    • Fruits (anything you like)
    • Peanuts
    I was very cautious in eating protein diet since I didn't want to put on weight. So plan accordingly. I got good results.

    I believe in natural beauty and that comes with proper diet
    and also motivates me to eat healthy. :wink:

    Foods for Long and Black hair!

    Walnuts
    Pumpkin seeds
    Salmon and Legumes
    Carrot and Broccoli (For healthy scalp without dandruff)


    You must take any of the above in one time per day!
    It is better to take Non veg items for your lunch!

    Nuts and vegetables to be in your morning breakfast to have better results!

    Most people know that CALCIUM is needed for strong bones, but it's also needed to help blood vessels and muscles contract and expand, to send messages through the nervous system, and to secrete hormones and enzymes.

    Sources of Calcium
    Milk
    yoghurt
    Cheddar cheese
    Broccoli
    Spinach
    Fortified orange juice
    Almonds
    Tofu

    plenty of water


    Yes, if you drink plenty of water everyday, then no need of any cosmetics and body lotions.

    Nearly 2 litres of water is must for clear skin.

    Still i get no problems of pimples,wrinkles,dryness...anything.
