Hi Friends! Welcome to IL ladies health care center! These days we are facing more tension and less fulfillment in our work daily.Comparing to men,work load for women is always high.Men can take rest and find so relaxed even at home.But we women has to work on office and at home too.Women are always much careful in maintaining health of their family members but they do not care for themselves.Some ladies take care on their beauty too, but internal health is so significant than looking beauty outer. Many of them are thinking that they are healthy since no blood pressure and sugar problems. BP and sugar alone would not decide our body health.And at the same time getting heart diseases would not reduce our life time too. Then what decides our health?? Is it our food practice alone? No We may take egg, milk, fruits whatever seems to be good for health.But they should be in correct ratio. Forcing all of these items into our stomach would cause opposite reaction too! Is it our daily doing exercises alone? No We could not do any type of exercises at any time as we think.You have different exercises to be done in Morning and Evening times.Wearing specs might cause looking so dull. Even this can be cured when taking Nutrition food and we get rid of wearing it. Only to discuss on these many things which can improve our health in each and every part of our body with the help of nutritional foods and common exercises, i start this thread. Once i was very careless in taking care of my health due to bulk of studies.Then only i get realized that health is also to be equally cared with our daily business. For each day,here we discuss on What to take and How to take for good hair, skin, nails, heart, kidney, brain, etc... I hereby start with the foods for better hair growth! Egg contains the essential vitamins A,D & E for hair growth. Many of us used to wash our hair with White gel of egg. But it is better to take white of egg at each day's lunch than to used on hair.
