If you want to loose weight by making simple changes to your dietary habits

    Hi,
    If you want to loose weight
    1.Drink 1.5 lt of water early as soon as you brush teeth.Walk for 5 min and you will be running to the the bathroom for your morning call.Now lot of e=waste in your body is removed you will feel very releived.
    2.Go for walk atleast 15 min on an empty stomach.If not possible do pranayama for 15 min at home itself it will keep you active whole day.
    3.Eat oats or sprouts for breakfast along with dates for breakfast.
    Fo lunch eat only pulka with lots of curry made of less oil,salt& spices.
    4.Drink water only after 2 hrs of taking food.Or else all your digestive juices will become diluted.
    5.As soon as you wake up in the morning fill 5bottles each of one litre.Make sure you complete that water by that day.
    6.Evening also you can go for a walk for 60 min to 30 min if possible.
    7.Complete your lunch by 7pm.Eat only fruits or pulka with curry.Dont drink water late until night you will have trouble waking in the middle of the night for toilet.
    8.Never eat cooked foods and uncooked foods togetther your body will have to struggle to digest it.
    9.Use less oil while cooking.If you find not possible start using non stick pan it will not take more oil.Or use heavy vindaliu kadai.Cut vegetables into small pieces while cooking.
    I am following all these rules and getting the benifit.I wanted all of you also to benifit through these.
    People who r having allergies,cold,cough,asthma..............please please drink only warm water.You will fing the difference in overnight.I am an asthmatic and i am very happy after drinking warm water.I am not using inhaler anymore.
