Identical twins- need some support

    I did my scan at 6 weeks only. so it was also not very clear. Guess i will have to wait for 2 more weeks to get a clear picture. im just hoping for everything to be alright. LM positive, as doc explained to me is the problem with blood getting clot. Im which week scan u could see a septum?

    I got my scan done in 9th week da! And then doctor was able to see septum clearly! And then I changed my doctor from there to cloudnine

    me too consulting at cloudnine, Dr. Praveena Shenoi. She has suggested me to got to manipal for scanning. Who is ur doc?

    Hi SuganVijay,

    Congrats and have healthy pregnancy. My elder sister has identical girl twins who are now 5 year old. And dont worry there is nothing different than usual kid, just that you will need more energy as you need to take care of 2. It is more of fun also :)

    My doctor is leela bhagavan. So far am having scans in cloudnine itself jayanagar branch! Btw you are going to old airport road branch I guess ??

    Thank you for your convincing words. I also hope they are both doing fine inside another 17 weeks I want them to be with faith in mumma and after that I can show them
    How life can be made more beautiful with our love! :)

    Btw why has she suggested for scan in manipal?? Are you seeing any specialist there ?? As in fetal medicine or something ?? Why am asking is cloudnine claims to have the best scan services available and every month they are seeing me in a 4D scan. But doctor has also not promised for full assurance to avoid complications all she mentioned was complications in identical twin can happen anytime in pregnancy! So am taking one week at a time! Are you having any unusual symptoms??

    Yes im consulting at old airport road branch. She asked me to consult DR. Preeti from Manipal as the local scanning dr. at cloudnine is on long vacation and i am able to get his appointment only in next month. So she said goto manipal. As of now i dont have any unusual symptoms but as i have miscarried in the past without any known problem she just wants to be double sure.

    One of our family friends have twin daughters identical. They looked like broiler chicken very fair very cute plump and too good in everything. They excelled in studies as well as extracurricular activities. Uncle had problem till their marriage only thing is their names :) Dhyan and Mann. So whenever he called whoever goes he thinks its her. They got married on the same day and the guys whom they got married were different :) they wore white saree (Catholics) and wore diamond sets same set, same hair styles etc. It was feast for eyes. Dont know how are they and where are they. I hope once you read their story you will also have a picture of how your babies are going to be. And remember that aunty had 4 children and these two adorable girls were the last ones and very much pampered by everyone.

    BTW Suganvijay - Congrats. I myself is an identical twin. :):) You need to take extra care.

    People used to say If i get fever, cold, cough etc even my sister gets. After some time, i forgot. Need to check with my mom. But we have strong bonding...
