Worst case i am also thinking of moving into a rental flat preferrably in a gated community in these places like perungudi,thoraipakkam,medavakkam or madipakkam..my maximum budget in this case including maintenance will be 13k...i have subscribed for the same through online portals like commonfloor,sulekha,99acres and propertwalla .comz...just waiting for the best deal..if anyone has any useful information kindly request you to please share in here..
