Where exactly is this flat near SRMC in porur. We are looking for a rented house at porur. I think there are some formalities to post personal interests here. Did you do. Tell the apartment anme, size, BRs, rent etc. Then we will see. How will we contact. My DIL is working at srmc. So we want to move closer.

Looking for flat/house in Chennai for rent

Hi,

We r at present staying in virugambakkam and would like to relocate to Guindy/Kotturpuram/west Saidapet/Velachery or to any nearby areas. my daughter has got admission in unity public school,Kottur. so we would prefer to shift by May'2010. Please can anyone help us with this. I know finding a good house for rent in Chennai is nowadays a real headache. 1 or 2 bedroom flat/house will be ok for us. our budget is max 8k.

We have a new 2bhk flat for rent in chennai.The flat is in 1st floor 1st flat with covered car parking.The apartment has child playarea,gym,jogging track,RO plant,generator,party hall,laundry,inbuilt market etc.And moreover Annanagar schools like DAV,VELAMMAL,SBOA are commutable from there.Mogappair bus stand is nearby.

we want to buy the house in BBC PAARK near porur area.. is anyone know or bought house in that big project(nearly 400 flats) let me know so that i can decide whether we can buy or not. there is additional facilities like swimming pool, recreation hall, party hall, gym, children play area, etc....its very nice to have like these failites within our building, so if anybody know abt it can discuss abt it. thanks in advance!!
