I don't know even one name of the places. If you please tell some areas which are not too far to commute from school to home I will check in Magicbricks or some other sites for plots or aprtments. Since you are new to chennai, i would suggest, stay in chennai. watch the property pages. get yourself the latest map of chennai. or you can use mapymyindia.com. then identify places. right now distances are not looked into by lot of people. but to go to school from neelankarai to pssbb in kknagar, i am sceptical. the traffic is too heavy. if u want to stay in neelankarai (this is nearer to thiruvanmiyur,adayar,ecr road than kknagar.) for kknagar u can try ashoknagar, vadapalani and surrounding areas like virugambakkam. Get familiarised with the areas and then go hunting for re. otherwise it will be a big mess. Hope this helps. if you need any more details u can askme. Love, shanthi

I am looking for 2 rented apartments: First one - 1 BHK is preferred (or max 2 if small area), it should be in either Purasawalkam, Egmore, Kilpauk, Kellys, Vepery area. Rent amt: ~3-6K. Veg. only will do, if non-veg allowed, then also no problem. Second one - 2 BHK, same areas as above. Rent amt: ~5-8K. Non-veg. I planned to buy around 10lacs. I planned to buy a land thru bank loan.
