Are you asking me will you get job abroad and will be able take kids with you?

 

I see posilibity for job for husband, but will have to agree for lower position, cant excepect now high role.
On June/July he should think if possible to make own buissnes, msybe also he will try go to other city search job, but that would be on end of this year.
From some reason your husband feel hellpless about job, and looks like he us rely more on you about it.
If you have kids , remain him they need solid, responsible father to take care of them.
That may help him to get more energy to search job.
He has chance to find job in other city, but I feel you should push him for that.
If you wanna have your own buissnes its better if you lead it, as you seems person has better "mind for money" than him, you are more practical.

If so, then there is something hidden, not true said from your husband side.
