Ok never mind some one in IL will fill for us! This thali is from which part of India? Is it from Punjab or Orissa or Maharashtra?

A total of TWENTY ONE CUPS filled to brim & few items just on platter. The white butter like - is it not shrikānd? Or is it yoghurt! So far none could give list of all items on the platter.
