I need help in picking up the correct Fabric (For my curtains and valances)

Hello Everyone,

I am planning on changing my curtains. (Make my own) and Valances. SO here is the over view of my living room.

I have this sofa with the pillow I attached.(Not the ones on the sofa) I am using the gold,brown one now

I am planning on making a valance (Scalloped/Balloon Valance) something like this

I selected below fabrics (Not selected I should say I considered)
