I need a weight loss partner...

    Hi All,

    I have started my weight loss 3 days ago. I am a IT professional with changing shifts ( no night shifts) but coming back late night to home (12 am). Still I am waking up at 6 in the morning so that my alarm does not disturb my daughter and hubby. One more reason if she wakes up I cannot follow this. I m not maintaining any diet but following the below schedule for as my morning regime.

    20 mts - first day increased to 40 minute walking
    Exercise for abs - 3 exercises 5 sets each (1 set includes 8 reps)
    Surya namaskar - 12 sets of each
    Yoga - if time persists (check for basic yoga asanas in internet)
    Pranayama - 3 types and meditation

    Time consumed -

    1.40 mts
    2.20 mts
    3.12 mts
    4. 5 mts
    5. 5 mts

    Total - 1 hours and 22 minutes

    I do 4 & 5 only if I have ample time otherwise i skip it. I feel energetic and fresh all day. Also I am strictly following it.
