I need a weight loss partner...

    here is mu update for 7/1/13

    morning warm water

    bf - whole grain cereal with milk, half apple and half banana

    mid morning - veg sandwich

    lunch - 2 multigrain roti + paneer curry + cucumber and olive salad

    evening - oranges + milk

    dinner - oats with veggies + grilled chicken

    before bed - 4 almonds + 1 walnut

    water - 3 litres

    workout - 40 mins walking....

    Gals, I checked my weight today and am so happy that I have to loose another 2kg to go to achieve my pre pregnancy weight :) though my target is to loose atleast 10kg before I go from India.

    I really need so motivation from you all, I am at Mom's place I keep on munching most of the time. :(

    Here is my update for 07/01/13

    Morning - tea
    BF - Magie
    Mid Morning - 2 guava
    Lunch - Rice + Baigan Bharta + Mushroom curry
    Evening - Mixture + tea
    Dinner - Vegetable Upma
    Night - Half glass Milk

    Exercise - 50min walk
    Water - 3 litres water

    Sn: Cupcake + 3 dim sim + vadai & chutney + 1spn ice cream
    D: 3-4 tblspn Chicken Biryani

    W: 2L
    Ex: 40 min Brisk walking with hills during the afternoon

    hello friends...

    here i go with my diet as on 8/1/13

    morning - warm water

    bf - wholegrain cereal with milk and 1 apple

    mid morning - 6 badam

    lunch - 2 multigrain roti with cabbage and chana curry... + 1 boiled egg

    evening - 1 banana later green tea

    dinner - 2 multigrain roti with cabbage and chana curry+ chicken only from gravy....

    water - 3 litres

    workout - 40 mins walking

    Lunch- Rice + rasam + fish fry
    Evening - Mixture and later boilde Papaya
    Dinner - Roti + fish curry

    Exercise - 20 min walk ( cudnt do much)
    Water - 2 litres
