Hi Anu In Pune, to my knowledge, you have to hunt through BROKERS / AGENTS or browse and post Ad in SULEKHA CLASSIFIEDS / 99 ACRES AND MAGICBRICKS.COM ( In sulekha you can even POST YOUR AD FOR FREE and in other sites browsing FREE ) , and these sites are very helpful and you will surely get good response And, 2 of my friends are in Magarpatta, i will ask them also, and i heard that it is PAKKA CITY with all infrastructure inside the campus. well maintained, well secured....everything 200% GOOD Hey, you can even go to Magarpatta website and post your requirement there
Hi Anu I spoke to my friend in Magarpatta, she told that there are lot of flats for rent there,but no other go, you can rech them only through AGENTS, you can find Brokers / Agents near the Magarpatta office or ask the security person there or contact them through mail
