I forgot my username / password, what can I do?

If you forgot your username / password, please click on the link here. This will bring up a page where you should enter your registered email address. An email will be sent to that address instantly (please check your junk/bulk mail folder), with your username and with instructions for resetting your password.

If you have tried the above and couldn't rest your password, you can request us to manually reset the password. When requesting for a manual password reset, please provide us your username or your registration email ID. We will respond to you within 48 hours.

I got my password reset. However I want to keep a password of my choice. Please help me to reset the same.
