Hi, I am trying intermittent fasting from Jan 27,2020. I lost 2 kg in first two months after that nil. I have my last meal at 6.30 pm and next meal at 11.30 am. I have one black coffee without sugar in morning during fasting period and water. I have one meal at 11.30 am and one black coffee at 4 pm and dinner ( idli,dosa,upma, rare cases rice on weekends, puri) at 6.30 pm. I walk for 1 hr past one month weekly 4 times. Something is missing which makes my weight to stop reducing. What am I doing wrong? Sometimes in night if I feel hungry, I eat almonds if I couldn’t control hunger and couldn’t sleep.
