I am 5'3" weight 71kg pregnant how much weight should i gain?

Hi everybody, I am 7 weeks pregnant and my weight 71 kg height 5'3" age 30 .This is my third pregnancy. first one miscarried, second baby boy. Now my son is 2 years old. I breastfed my son till 20 months so I didn't do anything to control my weight. I am having pcos also. How much weight should I gain during this pregnancy?

eat healthy and visit a dietician she will give you aproper diet plan follow it and enjor you pregnancy dear

Hi bsswarupa,

I dont think we have much take on how much we will gain. What we can do is eat right . We need just 300 calories more than our daily need and not double as our elders would advise us.

So just eat right and be active. the rest HE will take care
