    Buzz this ramadan is, that shah ghouse haleem in shalibanda and tolichowki is better than pista house's.

    I miss Haleem so much :(
    nothing beats the hyderabadi Haleem and the hyderabadi biryani!

    really no one can beat the hyderabadi haleem specially PISTA HOUSE`s once...:thumbsup
    pista house is the only 1 which has given a new name to hyderabad by providing 100% pure quality haleem to which now its haleem is also exported through out the WORLD....

    Delicious Hyderabad Haleem Recipe:


    Ingredients:

    1 kg Mutton ( Boneless, cubed)
    1 kg Cracked wheat-soaked in water for one hour and drained
    1 1/2 cup Yogurt
    1 tablespoon Ginger - Garlic paste
    1 1/4 cup Onions (chopped fine)
    1 teaspoon Green chili paste
    2 teaspoon Green Coriander paste
    1 /4 cup Lemon juice
    3 - 4 Black cardamoms (Seeds only 3)
    1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon (broken and powdered)
    1 teaspoon Chili powder
    1/2cup Oil
    2 teaspoon Salt
    Green chillies and mint leaves for garnish

    Method :

    1. Mix together the yogurt, lemon juice, chili and coriander paste, cardamom and cinnamon powder, chili powder, ginger-garlic paste and salt.
    2. Marinate the meat in this mixture and leave 3-4 hours. Add enough water to the wheat and cook till tender. When cool enough to handle, blend to a paste in a blender.
    3. Heat the oil and add the meat mixture. Turn around over high heat, till opaque.
    4. Add water to cover and cook, covered over low heat till tender.
    5. Add the wheat paste and continue to cook another 15-20 minutes.

    I found this at Yreach Haleem Recipe section and tried it, It is really nice hope you all enjoy it.

    Pista house haleem is better than Shah ghouse haleem.....Shah ghouse haleem doing better is completly senseless and pathetic buzz ; as i am citizen resident of hydbd,, to be honest,the only famous name i have always heared is Pista House ,,den its shahdab..for the Good haleem ever till tday..
    i never came to hear shah ghouse haleem any time for good haleem,as it does not come in pure goat meat haleem joints....

    haleem from Hotel Shadaab near high court is the best among all that I have tasted till now ,then comes niagara and hotel grand afzalgunj.
