goregoan (E&W) is really a costly area for long tern rentpurpose. a small flat of 300sq.feet may cost u up to 6 to 10k pm if ur really looking for a long time purpose kindly get a loan and book the ready possesion flats available. atleast ur hard earned money would be invested for ur own property.
