You are right about the latest breed of maids. You would have seen a TV ad where a servant maid sweeps the floor singing a popular English song and stuns her young master!
The other day, I was watching a movie in the prestigious Maya Jaal. A few minutes after the movie started, a mildly perfumed female came and sat next to me in the darkness. I pulled myself tight in my seat in order that there was no physical contact even accidentally. When the lights came on, I turned around to look at her and lo! It was none other than our servant maid!

Dear Lavanya
I wonder if you have seen a Walt Disney Movie called Benjy, the story of a small dog. The whole picture is based on Benjy's perspective. Even the camera moves at Benjy's eye level.
Its a great gift to be able to develop a wider perspective in all the matters we deal with. Sometimes I get truly amazed at the picture I get when I place myself on the other side. It is like the shot shown by cameras placed in different positions in a field . While one camera shows a batsman clearly out,the others are not so sure. Our job is to take a total view and come to a judgement. Every situation in life is like that. Even the skirmishes between a husband and wife!
