How to stay healthy

    1..Take guava or orange ,or any fruit everyday.2
    2.Take calcium sourced food items like curds or soya.
    3.Take vegetable soup everyday.
    4.Do not take too much of oil,ghee or fatty food stuffs.
    5.As far as possible reduce the intake of sugar and salt.
    6.Take plenty of dried grapes or dates.
    7.Avoid foods which contain maida.
    8.Give importance to foods which have high fibre content like oats,wheat etc.,.
    9.Take plenty of green vegetables.
    10.Walk for atleast 45 mts everyday.
