open the egg and pour it in your fingers....yellow will stand in your hand...white will go down this is how i do
Just break the egg in top point(a very little hole- pencil lid size) using tablespoon, then pour the white in bowl through thata whole. Atlast yellow stays in the egg itself. this what i do.
