You can drink tender coconut water daily.I read in some book that drinking tender coconut water during pregnancy will increase the sharpness of brain for the baby.
You can also dry roast coriander seeds in a pan till the aroma comes and then powder it and store in a box.You can put 2 to 3 tablespoons of this powder in a liter of water, boil it to half , filter it and add sugar to taste and then drink all the water. This way your body will be in a good condition.

    You are welcome dear,
Starch water is the water drained from cooked rice. That is cooking rice not in a pressure cooker, but in a big vessel and draining the water finally.

    :) hey Chithra dear,

You can seek doctor's advice if its persisting frequently. And the tips you can try at home could be, increase the intake of cucumber, water-melon, and pears fruits and its very good for your metabolism, can maintain a stable body temperature, and also a very good intake for your fetus too.

And also, you can try out this......(i have done this to maintain my body temperature....)

    1. As said, foresaid intake of fruits.

When I was pregnant, I used to take oil-bathe twice a week.

    2. For example, if you're going to take oil-bathe on friday, on thursday evening, like 6-7 pm have small cup of spinache juice. (This is to increase the stamina to any kinda allergic)

    3. And on friday morning, after taking bathe, dry out your hair well with sambrani and also consume karpooravalli illai (chew the leaves 3-5 leaves) or juice on the same day twice or once to keep the cold away.

(The tips has been given based on my experience...so i think you can try it out without any risk!!!).....
