If you have space then spare one room for chit chat and do other eating arrangement in a separate room to avoid rush. In chit chat room you can keep some dry snacks with tissue.
Keep water in a big jug with glasses.
Place all snacks in one table with plates spoons forks tissues.
Keep food on other.
Keep all vegetables ready in hot case before calling for meal.
Make sure you will have enough utensils. Service spoon other spoons forks plates bowls everything should be in a good amount.
Call your maid for washing utensils during party and she can also take care of cleanliness like sometimes kids can throw some food or tissues.
Divide the duties. One or two of the hosts can be in chit chat room and some in other.
