How to make Tulasi Powder at home

    Dear Sisters (and a few lurking brothers!),

    Tulasi's myriad miracles are known to us Indians from times immemorial. Recently I have seen a resurgence of this Divine Herb not only in medicines (especially to keep the dreaded Swine Flu at bay) but also in beauty products. I am lucky to have HER growing in my house in plenty and I want to make use of the leaves and use them in Hair Oil, Moisturizers etc. Has anybody tried making Tulasi powder at home with success? How have you used the powder? I will be grateful for any/all tips you give to help me make Tulasi powder.

    Hi,
    Dry the leaves in sun. When its fully dried, you can powder it easily. Also check out my thread "complete guide - gardening" in gardening forum. In that i've posted information about herbs under herb gardening. You can check how to dry the herbs in that.
