I have no clue how to make sandesh, can you gals help??!!
Here I have a recipe for you.
How to Make Sandesh
Sandesh is a typical Bengali Sweet but well liked sweet outside Bengal too.
Samolina (Sooji, Rava) 2 cups
Sugar 1 cup
Ghee 2 tbs
Small Cardamom powder 1/2tbs
Grated Coconut 1
Heat ghee in the pan. Add semolina and fry it till it turns light brown. Keep aside.
Make 1 string sugar syrup and add cardamom powder.
Put the pan on fire again and add coconut and sugar syrup. Mix all the ingredients and stir it till it starts forming lumps. Cool it a little then put it in the moulds and make different shapes.

Bengali sandesh recipe
variety kaacha gola
1 litre full fat buffalo milk -unboiled
50 gms granular sugar/or special palm jaggery
2 tsps rose water
1/4 tsp rose essence
1/4 tsp kewra essence
approx 2 tbsps white vinegar
Put milk 2 boil in heavy bottom tope/pan
let it rise up.switch off gas & put vinegar in slowly & keep stirring thru out.The milk will seperate.Immediately put paneer in thin cloth & wash under running water 2 remove heat.Let hang for 10 mins.
Put paneer in thali & mix all other ingds.
Then put this mix in kadai & cook on slow gas for 2-3 mins.
Do NOT overcook.Let it cool
If lumps remain strain wid strainer.DO not use mixer.
Form balls & decorate wid rose petals
