Hi All, I'm looking for a promotional move in my work but i am not able to get through with the interview successfully and there is no much support from the management for my promotion. I'm trying to keep myself motivated but still getting depressed day by day. Please give me some inputs on how to keep myself active and motivated to be successful and get my promotion.
