How to increase length of hair?

    If i try to increase length of my hair, hairfall increases and quality of hair is decreased. Please suggest me good tips to increase hair length without damaging hair...:?:

    HELLO MAMTA....

    WHEN I CAME TO USA I HAD THE SAME PROBELEM...BUT NOW IT IS KIND OF MAINTAINED.
    eAT LOTS OF PROTIEN RICH FOOD .

    ADD SOME LEMON TO CURN AND APPLY.LEAVE IT FOR 30 MIN AND WASH IT WITH SHAMPOO...THIS ACTS AS A NATURAL CONDITIONAR AND ALSO COTROLS DANDRUFF.
