how to increase breast milk production?

I recently bought one electrical breast pump from just born in Chennai. I tired to pump milk but it was not fitiing corectly for my breasts. can someone tell me why it is so , does the pump has any relation with breast sizes. Please help me.

 

priya123, yes. The horns neeed not fit correctly for everyone and you may need to go one size up or down. If you have a medela breastpump their webpage tells you how to find the correct fit for you.

 

Hi tikka, Thanks for your suggestions. But I was not aware of this till the moment I tried to Pump. Can you please explain me when you say 'you may need to go one size up or down' . also please tell me how much Medella pump will cost.

Drumsticks, drumstick leaves(cooked) and sesame seed laddos or sesame seeds in any form will help in increasing milk production

1)Raw Papaya when boiled is a good solution with Cumins for better milk production.
2)Hot Milk with Mother's Horlicks is also good.
3)Your daughter has to suck for milk. Then only it will be produced.

I had the same problem when i gave birth to my baby...you can drink Mothers Horlicks and it really helped me a lot..if you are a non-vegetarian then you can eat Scrambled Shark Fry..it is very much good and nutritious to get healthy lacts for your kid..

 

Garlic plays a big role in the secretion of milk. If you are a NV eat chicken(country) and Biriyani becos spices in that helps for secretion(one of my Muslim friends told me).
