    Best environment in Family

It will be a great subject and will be useful to every member of a family , if a topic shall be discussed and finally INDUSLADIES Forum bring out a Manual on ' How to have a wonderful time at home with all family members. say Dad, Mom, sons and daughter'

Normally every family is having their good time at home. this means during a evening after Mom/dad come back from office.
    or
During a Holiday either a Sunday of Declared Holidays.

At many families either a Husband or the wife says talk to each other saying look at your friend's house. How happy they are at home... like things.

Actually every one is happy at home. may at few moments or few hours . But this discussion should help all people like above .
What is required to be happy at home all times.

    - Think good about everyone all times
    - Avoid talking negative aspects on any discussion, spending, purchase, visitng friends/relatives house
    - Avoid finding mistakes on others at home
    - What are things that make your son and daughter to keep yourself very close to them
    - How to keep every one in good mood when you reach home.
    - ......many more things

Ladies in India has the highest regard in the world due to our ancient and respectable culture.
It equaly important for the entire citizens Ladies and Gents to live upto our culture and ensyre our children follow or footsteps.

I request every one to contribute themselves to some part to make this goal of prparing a Manual on How to have wondeful time at home with all family members'

    That is a good thread

That is a good suggestion to start with. Friends start pouring in your suggestions.

    My first suggestion:

    Relationship with Inlaws:

Treat you mother and father in law as your own. If they say something think before you react. Think how will you react and what will you do when your own father or mother says.(This applies for both men and women)

Last week, we saw a thread where family politics spoiled the fun in Facebook. Do not hesitate to unfriend or limit the access given to trouble makers if needed. And also do not allow others to bully you into liking their posts photos. A few melodramas can be avoided by this.

I will add regarding "are they worthy"......is the family into which you are marrying worthy of you? If not, go elsewhere. I was raised to believe you marry a family and I think that is even more applicable in India. Before you decide on the guy, decide on the family. You want to be stuck with these people for the next 50 years?

    re: Inlaws

Coudnt agree with u more. In today's world I thought fb was one of the few places where I could interact with my friends freely. What did I know??.. my in-laws and and husbands extended relatives surrounded me again:hide: :hide: :hide:

Do I want to accept their requests? NO
Do I have a choice? NO

I could have suffered all this, but now their sending requests to my family members:bonk:bonk:bonk

    re: Inlaws

I have also been faced with this issue. DH's cousins started adding me on FB and I dint want to add them or have them see my pictures or show it to the rest of the family. I was sure that there were a few ppl there who was ready to use that to show me in a bad light to my ILs... Like ' Oh she is wearing pants, she is not keeping bindhi.. blah blah'.
DH suggested that I add them and then do a custom setting and block them from seeing my posts, photos ...etc. So that is what me and the DH have done for all his cousins. You could try the same.
