Not necessarily its due to unclean bowls. I empty a large bowl everyday... But still get in to pimples. I dont care....

Pimples can be due to different reasons.There's a good cure for it and it is tried by many and it really works.Take 2-3 tablets of Asprin and pour few drops of water on them,wait till they dissolve and form paste,apply this paste on face and use it regularly.Within one month u will get no pimple,no scar.Try it with sum honey if ur skin is dry as it leave skin really dry but good for oily skin.Use it and note the difference in few days.Best of luck!

Bindi allergy

Hi,

I have developed itching and black mark as a result of keeping bindi. whether i use good quality sticker bindi, kumkum, shringar sandhu it does not matter and i end up scratching after sometime.

I have tried applying allopathy ointments, homeo ointments but no use.

can anyone suggest me with some remedy to stop my allergy and remove my black mark (which has developed due to scratching) from my fore head.

Pimples are due to a variety of reasons from food intake to hormonal changes. If you feel you are eating healthy, drinking lots of water, excercising etc and still getting lots of pimples, you should probably see a dermatologist.

Otherwise here are some home remedies to try:

- red sandalwood paste mixed with kasturi turmeric (this turmeric will not turn the skin yellow)
- yogurt and turmeric (if you have dry skin)
- dab the pimple with some lemon juice

Over the counter remedies to try:

- Any product with salicylic acid (clean and clear)
- Products with benzoyl peroxide (clearasil)

Cleanse and tone your face 2-3 times a day with these products.

According to my experience , to get rid of pimples, take lots of water & homemade fresh seasonal fruits juices & whole fruits. Eat seasonal vegetables,. Avoid tea/coffee, oily/spicy food, chocolates. Keep urself stress free. U can do some exercises or yoga for that, morning /evening walk will do wonders to keep u stress free.
Let the positive thoughts come to ur mind. Be happy & see the difference.
