Hello Ladies, Hope all are doing great...! I have an issue. I am having a good figure... I meant am not fat. My face is also not fat. But i am having a little bit of double chin or extra lower chin which is giving a negative feeling. I started doing yoga. Hope it works! My engagement is due for the month of Aug. Hi D_S, Exercise will help you a lot, do this exercise regularly, atleast for 5-10 mins : 1. Open you mouth wide. 2. Pull your bottom lip over your bottom teeth. 3. Work your jaw up & down, as if you are trying to scoop something up with your lower jaw. I know this sounds weird but surely will help you a lot & stick to a daily routine, eventually you will start to notice the difference.
