    Hi,

    These things worked for me

    1. Egg shells, you need to leave out little yolk inside the shell and change the shells every after 10 days. the smell keeps the lizard away. When I was living as PG this is the method me and my flat mates used to adopt to keep the lizards away.

    2. Hire someone to drive all the lizards out (please don't kill them as they do feel the pain) and then close all the entry points. Lizards can enter through small slits in the windows or exhaust fans so I make sure to seal those tiny entry points either with silicon or with paper.

These are the 2 points that worked for me.

    regards

i have heard that keeping the feathers (longer ones) of peacock in the areas where they haunt frequently would help. Now a days they sell them in most stores. Poor peacocks though...

My mom says keeping small pieces of "Vasambu"(in tamil) in corners will help driving away the lizards. Not sure what is vasambu called in english.

    Hey,

    Thanks for liking the tips.
Even I used to think that it will smell but the trick is to just leave little yolk inside enough for lizards to smell but not humans. I had heard about this before so the first time I washed the shells and kept it and nothing happened, then tried it with little yolk and it worked liked magic. The only thing is that shells need to be changed after a period of 10 days when the inside stuff dry out and fades away. I no longer use this method, I just seal the entry points and it works for me.

Lizards generally come where they sense their prey-cockroaches, and other insects...so in order that they dont come frequently, you need to weed out the smaller insects esp roaches as well
